P.S .FACES IN THE SNOW

Another day of skiing and snowshoeing in the UP...more faces greeting me in the woods.
Today i saw some giant caterpillars and a line of tiny polar bears climbing up tree trunks,a giant sea lion asleep on the forest floor,a lovely snow lady leaning her head and back against a tree as if napping in the quiet forest,2 sided faces with large foreheads,a flying angel with her wings full back as if speeding through the woods,a whole family of "Rock Biters" of all shapes and sizes(escapees from the "Never Ending Story"), huge forest mushrooms up on tree stumps,a giant Python snake looking like it was shedding its skin,a smurf, and a tiny little man with his legs curled around a branch over hanging the trail holding a stick just waiting to make mischief!! Don't miss them- head out by ski, by foot or by car the next snowy day when the snow is sticking to the trees to see them peeking at you from their snowy haunts.It's a wonderland!!
